Warwick founded Lawcadia in October 2015.
Warwick has over 15 years experience as a corporate lawyer, having worked at Blake Dawson Waldron (now Ashurst) in Sydney, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Olswang in London and most recently McCullough Robertson in Brisbane. Warwick also has considerable experience in the Asian legal market, having advised numerous companies on investments and acquisitions in Australia in recent years.
John has over 30 years experience leading, managing and developing domestic and international consulting companies, first as a partner in a Big Six practice and then with his own firm in the Asia Pacific rim. John’s understanding of professional services is an invaluable addition to Lawcadia’s board.
John has considerable experience advising companies and boards on strategy, business processes and culture. This includes advice about establishing and developing numerous new businesses, both as standalone businesses and within larger organisations.
John is currently a director of WDScott Limited.
Andy has over 25 years experience in the software industry, having been the CEO and co-founder of Oniqua, a global supply chain analytics business, from 1990 to 2015.
Andy brings considerable experience to Lawcadia through his understanding of the development and marketing of high-tech products, as well as an in-depth understanding of the current procurement practices of large, international companies.
Andy is currently a board advisor for Veriluma and MOVUS.
Suzanne is a Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years experience, both in private practice and as a senior accountant with PwC. She holds the position of Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer for several public and private companies and has strong corporate governance and company secretarial experience.
For over 10 years, Sacha held marketing positions in large blue-chip organisations in Australia and the UK, including Unilever, Colgate Palmolive and H.J. Heinz. More recently Sacha has consulted to professional services firms drawing on her expertise in brand strategy development.
Sacha’s client-centred approach to marketing has been invaluable in developing Lawcadia’s business strategy and service offerings.
Sacha is a co-founder of Lawcadia.
With more than 20 years working in sales and business development, primarily in the resources sector, Tracy brings a proven commercial acumen and cross-functional experience across Sales and Marketing, Change Management, Corporate Process, and Governmental and Legal Affairs.
Originally from Ireland, Tracy has a passion for developing strong relationships at both a client and management level. With a background in law and an early career working in the family court, Tracy brings to Lawcadia an exciting mix of legal, business development and, most importantly, a client-centric focus.
An avid technology and innovation enthusiast, Jason brings to Lawcadia over 20 years of legal and corporate service experience. Working across multiple sectors in local and global organisations, he has managed legal, strategy and procurement functions and teams and has consulted to Government, law firms and in-house legal departments on legal services innovation and change management.
Bringing over 10 years of experience in the Legal Technology industry, Zach has been a catalyst of change for legal tech companies in Australia and Canada.
Zachary holds both a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor of Computer Science and has a passion for the legal technology industry. While working in Canada with secure smartphone maker BlackBerry, he delivered corporate compliance, contract management, and other technology solutions to the in-house legal department. In Australia, Zach has worked with legal technology companies Endispute and Invaulta delivering B2B solutions for their professional clients.
With diverse industry experience to draw on, Rebecca’s most recent role was at Careers Australia where her skills were utilised in many areas of the business including training and facilitation, instructional design, and special project work as required. One of the projects Rebecca was involved was launching a 150 Seat Contact Centre in Manila within three months. This project involved liaising with recruitment, HR, IT, venue managers, logistics and ensuring stakeholders were updated on progress.
An exceptional communicator with an eye for detail and project management, Rebecca will ensure Lawcadia implementation is a seamless and positive experience.
With a background in law and communications, Shauna brings a diverse range of skills to the Lawcadia team. Most recently working as a freelance copywriter, she has extensive experience analysing and developing communication strategies and creating clear, concise and engaging content.
Passionate about helping businesses articulate their key service offerings and educate their target market, she’s focused on helping Lawcadia build a connected, engaged and informed community.
Mihitha joins Lawcadia as a software developer with more than 10 years of server-side and front-end application development experience.
With a Bachelor of Information Technology with a major in Intelligent Systems from Griffith University and Diploma of Web Development from Tafe Queensland, Mihitha has previously worked with a number of large corporates and built several advanced applications from the ground up.
Recently graduated from the Queensland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Games and Interactive Environments (Software Technologies), Andrei is excited to be starting his career with Lawcadia.
With more than 6 years developing back-end and front-end applications for the telecommunications industry, Vishal joins Lawcadia as a Full Stack Developer. Degree qualified in Information Systems and Accounting (University of the South Pacific), Vishal is excited about utilising his customs applications experience in the legaltech field.
Since graduating from Griffith University in 2016 with a Graduated Bachelor of Information Technology, Joel has worked on commercial Server-Side and Front-End Data Visualisation applications. Joining Lawcadia as a Junior Developer, he’s looking forward to growing his skills in the fast-paced world of Platform development.
Andrea is a Queensland University of Technology Business student majoring in marketing. Originally from Colombia, Andrea has experience organising events and coordinating marketing activities and recently organised a Colombians for Peace rally in Brisbane in which more than 250 people participated. Andrea is also fluent in Spanish.
