Lawcadia appoints Board

News

Warwick Walsh, CEO and Founder of Lawcadia, is pleased to announce that John Paul has been appointed Chairman of Lawcadia, and Andy Hill has been appointed as a Director.

Warwick has known both John and Andy for a number of years, and they have both been involved with Lawcadia since it was established in September 2015

John Paul, Lawcadia’s Chairman, has over 30 years of experience in leading, managing and developing domestic and international consulting companies, first as a partner in a Big Six practice and then with his own firm throughout the Asia Pacific rim. John’s understanding of professional services is an invaluable addition to Lawcadia’s board.

John has considerable experience advising companies and boards regarding strategy, business processes and culture. This experience includes advice regarding establishing and developing numerous new businesses, both as standalone businesses and within larger organisations.

John is currently a director of WDScott Limited.

Andy, Lawcadia’s newly appointed Director, has over 25 years of experience in the software industry, having been the CEO and co-founder of Oniqua, a global supply chain analytics business, from 1990 to 2015.

Andy brings considerable experience to Lawcadia through his understanding of the development and marketing of high-tech products, as well as an in-depth understanding of the current procurement practices of large, international companies.

Andy is currently a board advisor for Veriluma and MOVUS.

We welcome both John and Andy to the team and we look forward to a long and prosperous relationship.
