MEDIA RELEASE | 22 OCTOBER 2026
Sacha Kirk, Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Lawcadia, has been recognised in Australasian Lawyer and NZ Lawyer’s Elite Women 2026 list, celebrating outstanding female leaders making a meaningful impact on the legal profession.
Now in its sixth year, the annual Elite Women list recognises women whose achievements, leadership and initiatives are helping to shape the legal industry across Australia and New Zealand.
The editorial teams assessed nominations detailing professional accomplishments and contributions over the past 12 months, selecting 105 women for their influence on the profession and commitment to advancing the industry.
As Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Lawcadia, Sacha’s work reflects a commitment to innovation, championing responsible AI development, and supporting legal teams to respond to the changing demands of their organisations.
Through Lawcadia’s In-House Matters podcast series, she also brings legal leaders and industry specialists together to share practical insights on legal operations, technology and leadership, creating opportunities for the legal community to learn from one another.
Sacha said she was honoured to be recognised alongside women making valuable contributions across the profession.
“It is a privilege to be included among such accomplished women who are helping to shape the future of the legal industry,” she said.
“For me, this recognition is also a reflection of the talented team at Lawcadia and the clients and industry partners we work with every day. Their willingness to share ideas, challenge established approaches and embrace change continues to inspire our work.”
“Developing an overarching AI Management System alongside responsible AI development means putting governance into practice, with clear accountability and careful consideration of how AI affects our people and clients,” Sacha said.
The recognition highlights the breadth of contribution across the legal profession, including the role of technology and innovation in supporting the delivery of legal services.
“We have always believed in the value of bringing people, processes and technology together to help legal teams work more effectively,” Sacha said.
“Ultimately, our work is about supporting in-house legal teams operating in regulated and complex environments — understanding the pressures they face, helping them navigate change and giving them confidence in the systems they rely on.”
Lawcadia congratulates all recipients of the Elite Women 2026 recognition.
